-Maintaining the original concept, a model minimized to the limit has been designed as Kaguya II, whose size is 250,000GT.

-The size of the vessel is about the same as gGenesish which has been under construction phase, which means that the vessel will be constructed with the current technology of the ship building yard.

-Whereas the original Kaguya will be constructed in two ship building yards as two pieces to be jointed together at the last phase, Kaguya II can be constructed at one ship building yard, which will result in lower cost and shorter construction period.

-Although 250,000GT is 55% of that of the original Kaguya, all the facilities on board remain as approx. 66% of those of the original to be more cost efficient in business measure.

-The number of cabins will well accord to the growth ratio of the cruise market in Asian seas and quite high occupancy can be foreseen.

-Compared with the current existing cruise ships, the length(370m) and the draught(9.5m) are not very much different, and therefore, the restriction on selection of the ports to visit will become small to make the flexibility big in defining cruise routes = business success.

-Although the size of the vessel is still the biggest world wide, compared with the original Kaguya, there will not be a big number of uncertainties because of the newness of the vessel, and the ship will have possibility to be realized at an earlier stage.
